Prayer flags on Himalayan trek to Gokyo Peak
Ana and Justin in Gokyo Valley with glacier and Cho Oyu (8,188m) behind. Temp -30, good to have all The North Face gear as a ten year storm dropped 2m of snow all the way down to the streets of Kathmandu, Nepal's capital. The fierce storm left many climing parties stranded, including ourselves.
Resting below Cho La on the dangerous descent. Two groups perished in avalanches here during this period.
